Our Current Fee Schedule:

 

Initial On-Line Review: no charge: We will review your information and photographs of your artwork to determine whether or not it warrants the time and expense of professional research and formal appraisal.  Please Note: This free service does not include a monetary value and is provided as a limited complimentary service as our work and travel schedule allows)

 

Estimated Range of Value:* $150.00 per item. This is an illustrated one page written consultation report documenting a single work of art and a brief estimate of its potential monetary value. *PLEASE NOTE:This is not a formal appraisal document and cannot be used as one.

House Calls: Local ( 60 miles or 1 hour drive from Palm Coast)  House Call "Walk Through" $175.00 per hour minimum. An onsite visit for the purpose of reviewing  individual items or collections of items for further research. The client receives a summary of the items that have the most potential monetary value. Distances outside the 1 hour or 60 mile range may be charged for fuel and all other travel related expenses.

Formal Appraisal Report: $300.00 for a single item and $175.00 each for each additional item in the same collection.  This is a formally researched and fully illustrated written art appraisal report documenting and indicating the monetary value of a work of art. All of our art appraisals are confidential. They are signed and dated documents written to both  USPAP and the  International Society of Appraiser standards to meet legal requirements and fufill a specific purpose and value function.

 

We will issue a detailed quote prior to conducting the appraisal and we require a 50% deposit with all orders. The remaining 50% balance is due when the private client receives two (2) copies of the report by U.S. Priority Mail. Extra copies are available for an additional fee.

 

These are base prices. Detailed quoted prices depend on not only the number of works to be valued but also the scope of the assignment and the depth and amount of research and travel time required.   

 

Our art appraisal fees are not based on a percentage of the item or items valued.

Duplicate copies of single item appraisal reports start at $150.00 per document.

 

Please Note: We travel nationally and internationally on short notice for special projects and emergency situations.

 

Current Fine Art Consulting Rates: Fees for all consulting projects , including Expert Witness testimony and all depositions are $1,500.00 per day, with a half day ($750.00) minimum, plus all travel related expenses and will be quoted in writing in advance for approval.
